keep it simple - just float
WHAT IS FLOATING?
also known as Sensory Deprivation Experience
SIMPLE FLOAT provides a zero-gravity environment that allows the mind and body to completely let go, relax, and reset. Using over 400 kg of Epsom Salts, the buoyancy of the water makes floating on water feel like floating on air. By eliminating the forces of gravity pulling on the musculoskeletal and nervous systems, you can effortlessly relieve pain, relax, recover, and improve sleep in this unique state.

Flotation therapy (aka sensory deprivation) offers relief and benefits which are cumulative—they build on themselves with each subsequent session. We like to say “the more you float, the better it gets”, as floats themselves deepen beyond the first session. Though flotation is an “effortless” therapy, the body and mind actually learn how to relax into the float with each session..

Stress, tension and pain have formed over time and will take some time to experience the greatest relief—luckily, floating is a relaxing, fun,and effortless way to do so!

Why Float?
Indeed, the concept of floating is elegantly straightforward: it involves reclining effortlessly on the surface of a buoyant solution, containing high concentrations of therapeutical Epsom salt. This unique environment, devoid of external stimuli, allows individuals to experience weightlessness, promoting relaxation, and creating a serene space for introspection and rejuvenation.

You have probably noticed that during our normal lives we are constantly experiencing some kind of stimulation as we hear, see of feel something. This is the way human experience is designed.

Even when we do "nothing" we still are oblidged to balance our bodies vertically, hear noises in the background, process visual informaion, etc. Our brains are constantly scanning, making computations, categorizing and working just to observe reality. Unless you are an experienced monk you can't focus on one task for too long. However this changed with the invention of float therapy.
Get free from stress and pain. Sleep like a baby even after just one float session!
All float sessions are served on pre-booked basis only. Choose convenient day and time to book a float.
Share the gift of relaxation and relief in meditative space. Give the gift of nothing to those who have everything!
Float Therapy History
The practice of floating, particularly in sensory deprivation tanks or isolation tanks, has its roots in mid-20th century research and development.
  • 1950s: The concept of sensory deprivation for psychological research emerged during this period. Scientists like John C. Lilly experimented with sensory isolation tanks, exploring their effects on consciousness and brain activity.
  • 1960s: John C. Lilly, a neuroscientist, created the first modern float tank, also known as an isolation tank, in 1954. He continued refining the design throughout the '60s. His work aimed to explore altered states of consciousness, studying the effects of sensory deprivation on the mind.
  • 1970s: Float tanks gained popularity during the 1970s as a tool for relaxation and stress relief. This era saw the emergence of commercial float centers, offering sensory deprivation experiences to the public.
  • 1980s-1990s: Despite initial interest, float tanks experienced a decline in popularity due to various factors, including misconceptions about the experience and limited public awareness.
  • 21st Century: Interest in floatation therapy resurged in the early 2000s and continued to grow steadily. Advancements in technology, the spread of scientific research on the benefits of floating, and increased interest in alternative wellness practices contributed to its resurgence.
Today, floatation therapy has gained recognition as a form of complementary therapy for relaxation, stress reduction, pain management, and mental well-being. Float centers worldwide offer these experiences, often in carefully designed and improved float tanks, catering to those seeking physical and mental rejuvenation.

Many international scientists did extensive research to find out how float therapy influences on human heart rate, blood pressure, depression, pain reception, levels of stress hormones, etc. There is a significant volume of published papers proving powerful effects of float therapy.
